2. Return Process:
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Complete the Return Authorization form provided by our team, including the RA number, and include it with your return shipment. c. Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. d. Ship the return item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
3. Refund and Exchange Policy:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your request within 5 business days.
- If the return is approved, we offer two options: a. Refund: You will receive a full refund to the original payment method, including standard shipping costs. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your account based on your payment provider. b. Exchange: We will send you a replacement item of the same or comparable value at no additional charge, including standard shipping.
If the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is damaged or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized items that do not have quality issues.
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or show signs of wear and tear.
- Items that were not purchased directly from Tiny Darby.
5. Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our Customer Support Team. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to our fast processing times.
